I design the kind of products that make complexity disappear — AI agents, supply chains, luxury checkouts, fintech flows.

6+ years turning "this is too complicated to build" into shipped things people actually use. Currently Senior Product Designer at Ometria, where I helped land a $900k enterprise deal through conversational AI design.

Also a UAL mentor, AIVA Juror, EPIC Connector UK lead，and I vibe-code scrappy apps and Plugs on weekends.
